Peyote Stitch Plus Class - Wednesday, 5/19, 6-8:15pm

Now that you know how to do peyote stitch, step up your work by learning how to add embellishments, attach different types of closures and how to follow patterns. Knowledge of peyote stitch is necessary. THIS IS A STITCH CLASS USING NEEDLE AND THREAD. (Project will probably NOT be finished during class.)

Supply List:
• peyote stitch strip almost complete
• assorted beads, buttons, etc. for embellishments
• beading thread or braided fishing line
• Thread Heaven or similar thread conditioner
• beading needles
• clasp of your choice or fancy button

Tools:
• scissors
• bead board and/or bead mat (recommended but not necessary)

May Flowers Necklace - Wednesday, 5/12, 6-8:15pm

Learn wire wrapping techniques to attach lucite, glass or shrink plastic flowers and other beads to pieces of chain. At the end of class you’ll leave with a stunning May Flowers necklace sure to be the envy of your friends.

Supply List:

• lucite, glass or shrink plastic flowers (some will be provided)

• crystals, pearls and/or glass accent beads
• 2” head pins
• small, medium and large link chain pieces

• clasp of choice

Tools:

• wire cutters

• round nose pliers

• crimping pliers

• bead board and/or bead mat (recommended but not necessary)

Mother's Day Jewelry Class - Wednesday, 5/5, 6:00-8:15pm

Learn beginning bead stringing techniques to create custom keepsakes for Mother, Mom, Nana, or Grandma using birthstone colored crystals, alphabet beads, pearls and spacer beads. This class is suitable for children 12 and older and adults.

Supply List:

• birthstone color crystals

• pearls (real or glass)
• alphabet beads (optional)
• spacer beads
• clasp of choice
• beading wire (i.e. Beadalon)
• crimp beads or tubes (recommended)

Tools:
• wire cutters
• crimping pliers
• bead board and/or bead mat (recommended but not necessary)
