Learn the basic knotting techniques to make hemp jewelry. More advanced students will be able to incorporate beads into their pieces. Students should be able to complete a bracelet or keychain during class. This class is suitable for children 12 and older and adults.
You don't have to use hemp/jute if you don't want to. You can also use thin leather, rattail cord, cotton cording.
Once you've signed up, don't forget to present your Class Supply List to customer service to receive your 10% discount on the supplies for class. (This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or coupons.)
Supply List:
- hemp rope or similar cording (one or more colors)
- assorted large hold beads (glass, plastic or wood)
- clasp (if desired)
Tools:
- scissors
- bead mat
- macramé board (if desired)
Classes are held at the Dover/Rockaway AC Moore location and run from 6:15pm to 8:45pm. Please try to arrive early so that we can start on time.
